Starting in 1925 Charles Schmidt Jr. used to drive around the city in a truck and take orders directly from customers. Then he'd deliver the goods next week when he returned. And in a way that is what Schmidt’s and Serafine’s represents - old school - where values, honesty and hard work rule the day. They are still driven by the values of the men and woman that preceded them in the business. And they still deliver.
